Metamorphosis
"Metamorphosis" visually explores the journey from darkness to light, encapsulating the profound metamorphosis experienced in life's transformative moments. Through 'Butterfly Transformation,' viewers are invited to contemplate the cyclical nature of growth and renewal, finding beauty in the journey from despair to hope, from confinement to liberation, echoing the timeless metamorphosis of the butterfly itself.
In the first part, called "Cocoon", through transparent materials symbolising the cocoon silhouette, the initial imagery invokes a sense of melancholy, with colder, bluer tones conveying a feeling of introspection and sadness. This first part of the project reflects the cocoon stage, where one may feel trapped or uncertain yet poised for change.
Transitioning into the second part, called "Butterfly" the project bursts into life as vibrant imagery set against the backdrop of a forest emerges. Delicate flowers and ethereal wings adorn the scenes, while an explosion of colours illuminates the once sombre landscape. This transformation represents the emergence of joy, freedom, and newfound vitality after enduring the darkness of the cocoon stage.
